Trump – the anti-Christ? Readers Comment

Friday, October 18th, 2019

From a Bettina Network Lifestyle Community Member 1.

Who writes this stuff! I had in mind the same thing, but didn’t have the guts to say out loud what I have been thinking about all of these forces being acted out in this world today. I am incredibly delighted that your people did.

It is worrisome as a Christian – at least that is what I call myself – to have this history of my Christianity backing slavery and all the other evil causes it has backed. Going through school and studying all of this made it even worse because there was no explanation. You were just left with nothing but a violent memory.

I took this to a further stage. Talk is now resurfacing about Gucifer 2.0. Every time I hear the name of this Russian group which worked to elect Donald Trump as president of these United States I think of and my mind automatically substitutes “Lucifer” for Gucifer and Lucifer is what we call Satan. And then I wonder if this is Russia’s sense of the absurd or if someone named this group without a conscious connection between Gucifer and Lucifer. I also can take this further still by remembering that the New York city building Trump’s son-in-laws family owns with its address being 666 (the sign of Lucifer) and which was rumored to be in financial trouble with the possible Saudi’s bailing them out which is the set-up for another genocide with Trump sending U. S. Troops to help the Saudi’s with another genocide, this time of the Yemens.

At any rate, true or not, it explains a lot that happened with Trump’s election. And explains a lot about Trump himself.

I have been really disappointed not to have read or heard any comments coming from the Armenian community in support of the Kurds. Having gone through the same thing with the Kurds on the tip of becoming annihilated by Turkey it really gives another look at what happened to the Armenians and into the Turkish National Memory and Character.

The Armenian Genocide has come around again, this time with the Kurds substituting for the Armenians. If anyone wonders what happened. Here it is being acted out again on the world stage.

I read and heard so many people warning about what Trump would do if he was impeached. Mostly, they expected him to start World War III. I shoved that off as hysteria or ridiculous, no one in this world is that bad. Well, here we are today and what is the distraction Trump and probably his fascist brother leaders have come up with? A war! An outrageous war with Turkey vs the Kurds plus more nations involved and another genocide.

I am glad you added in the article about the Armenian massacre by the Turks is what generated the term “genocide.” We need to be reminded of our history.

The “anti-Christ” is quite appropriate for Trump and his buddies. It looks as though Trump is coming way down and is trying to take the world with him in a fiery storm. To go back to Scripture – doesn’t it say “…the fire next time.”

Thank you for putting that in print in a publication that has put out some substantial stuff. Months ago you wrote about all of this and now it is just coming into print in the mainline media. Keep writing – whether it is by a group, or one, or an occasional article. I have one to send on beauty, but it seems too out of it right now. Do I send my password to make sure my article gets printed?

ED. NOTE: To submit an article for Bettina Network’s Blog – please include your name and the password you receive and which is renewed yearly. That is your ticket to become one of our writers. You can write many articles – detailed scientific articles to cover yourself on being the first to publish – funny stories – serious items of interest – breaking news or news we can break, etc. – your thoughts, concerns, philosophy, religion. Love to have your contributions. Since we are surrounded by theologians we try to go slow on those publications, but we will soon take the restraint off them.

This is to Marceline Donaldson – please publish it in Bettina Network’s Blog and make sure she gets a copy. Is she still overworking? That was one workaholic family. They didn’t do much besides work. Hope that is changed. I remember Cookie from school. She practiced her piano for several hours each day, was a reporter for her grandfather’s radio and television show reporting on school news and I think she was about 9 or 10. The things she has been into over her lifetime – it is amazing.

Hi Cookie

Just found this publication and was amazed, but not really surprised. You are following your family footsteps. I remember your grandfather – O. C. W. Taylor – who was a co-founder of the Louisiana Weekly along with CC Dejoie, Sr. and who helped bring the Pittsburgh Courier to New Orleans, among other places. My mother used to tell me “OC” stories and she said the first office of the Pittsburgh Courier was in your home. That must have been exciting although we were both too young to have much memory of that. Printers ink must be in your veins plus dress design (and I remember with hysterical laughter your sculptures) and God knows what else.

What I am reading about here are the things your family was always into. This is what I heard your grandfather had in mind when he and Mr. Dejoie started the “Weekly”. A paper which, when it was founded tries to publish substantial stories and especially editorials to give the “Community” another way to think. We have too much on parties, fashion articles, who had dinner with who – except I have to take that back because I remember your mother and she was the society editor for the Courier and I think also for the Weekly. Keep up the good work. If I can help in any way, let me know. I hope others are thinking the same because this needs good support, which is why I am writing this to you for publication in Bettina Network’s Blog.

Don’t go off on me and put this aside, I am writing it as an article for you to put in Bettina Network’s Lifestyle Community’s publication. My password is enclosed to make sure you have to print this.

Thanks,

I was heartsick as I watched television news as the New Zealand massacre unfolded. I could not believe we were in that space once again.

I turned on television news to watch young people in their massive demonstration about Climate Change. What a disappointment. A fantastic huge demonstration of such dedicated youth and not one word or picture or anything about what was happening outside my window.

I remembered a couple things – when there was some news out there that Trump wanted to block he had ways to distract and block. Was the New Zealand massacre set up to distract these young people’s demonstration which Trump has worked hard to keep from surfacing? It would take something massive to keep those young people off the television news and it was found. Since the start of that demonstration I’ve seen nothing of the work and actions of thousands of young people – only the New Zealand massacre. Were Muslims used to distract from this powerful day of demonstrations?

The second thing I remembered was Trump asking someone he was interviewing if he would kill for him. The news commentator thought that was strange, but put it down to Trump’s “derangement.” That was either Trump’s “derangement” or Trump having blown past the ethics and morals which would have kept him from doing the Khashoggi thing to his joining his group of fascist, dictator ‘friends’ who he has shown he clearly admires and now has shown he can keep up with ‘mafia speak’ to cause murders in his realm?

My thoughts are constantly with the New Zealanders who had to endure the slaughter. I don’t know how I can help, but something will show itself and I will respond.

This world has been created, managed and brought along by males. Some white, some pink, some yellow, some brown, some of many colors. All share lives on this planet which are mostly about satisfying their male egos’ and no matter how large or how small they are led first by sex and then all kinds of violence and everything else follows. It is time for a change. Even television shows are about sex and violence in one form or another and getting worse. There is so much more to life, but we don’t seem able to experience anything beyond various forms of sex and violence.

Life has so many other components, possibilities, excitements – isn’t it time for all of you out of control males to sit down, sit back and just stop the BS. It is time for another kind of world order to emerge – one which has caring for others its first concern; which puts others first; which is interested in building bridges not walls; which looks at business as a way of supplying what we all need not as a way to make billions so we can isolate ourselves and show the world our greatness which we gained at their expense?

We need to be a safe place for the poor to get out of poverty; to do everything we can to educate all of us; – and my writing this is so foolish. As you read it I can hear the comments – “a pipe dream, a romantic, an idealist, where did he come from”. It is so sad what we have done to this planet and it is getting worse. It was such a beautiful place – it is no longer.

Problem is, I don’t see any way out. There are too many Donald Trump’s in this world and more coming. We have so screwed ourselves with most of us just alive doing whatever until we die without any thought to the fact that we are all wasting the beauty of life because we have gone after weakness rather than strength and have redefined our values to satisfy our current existence instead of changing our current existence to be of good character. I doubt that we even know of what that consists.

_______________________________________________________

With New Zealand, has this administration taken its first steps into murder to be able to join the fascist nations developing very quickly around the globe? Did we have to prove our “manhood” and have done so with the “mafia speak” that brought about the New Zealand massacre?

It looks as though sex trafficking, pedophilia, the opioids – the new kind of drugs by prescription until addicted are all now in place and arms of this new mafia being created world wide with the United States president one of those doing the creating, promoting, managing. By tweet is a powerful way to create this kind of institutional structure.

Elizabeth Warren and Pocahontas!

Friday, February 8th, 2019

by: Marceline Donaldson

It has been a busy day! The writing from a Bettina Network Lifestyle Community Member on Elizabeth Warren has caused a bit of a blowup. So you know I have to chime in. Who would guess that among hard working people; thoughtful people; intellectual people there would be this bit of racism.

Is it racist to dump on Elizabeth Warren for talking about her Native American ancestors and as some are doing, claim that is reason for the Democratic Party to rethink her candidacy for president? “Drop her” is what I have heard from some and looking for justification to back their negativity towards Senator Warren is what I have heard from others.

What is the racial mythology fueling this? The claim that Blacks, African Americans, Native Americans, Hispanic Americans and all those other minorities out there really want to be White. What negates this is a White American acknowledging her Native American ancestors and at a very young age. -That is clear in the past reporting on Michael Jackson. It came out periodically. The claim that Michael Jackson wanted to be ‘white’. He used ‘white’ make-up on his face to cover his blackness, etc. etc. The reality of his life was never acknowledged.

The fact that Michael Jackson had a disease that turns your skin from dark to stark white was never injected into those conversations. Neither was the fact that makeup on the white portions of your face where the pigment has gone away does not take very well so your choice is limited and it must be the white makeup. That was constantly reported, but the facts were skewered to accommodate the mythology of White Supremacy. No matter how great Michael Jackson was – and he was pretty outstanding in his day – what he really wanted was to be white. That is the other side to the rejection of and demand for an apology from Elizabeth Warren for acknowledging her Native American ancestors.

How do I know about this disease? My grandfather had the same disease. His hands were spotted as the darker pigment was moving away and his hands and face and neck were turning white as the disease progressed. Some people live to see themselves turn completely white, some die before that happens. I don’t think it is the disease which causes their death, it doesn’t seem to have any other affect on the body.

That is only one reporting which brought out and emphasized how blacks wanted to be white. There have been more. What does that do? It shores up White Supremacy. Those who are not white want to be. The opposite – those who are seen and accepted as white hide any minorities they may have in their background. “Passing” has always been looked down on, but once you have “passed for white”, married and have children that look white you are sort of safe, just stay put and don’t bring up those minority ancestors.

What Elizabeth Warren has done is turn all of that on its head. She had a life as white – until she started talking about her Native American ancestry. What is that? It is a violation of the contract whites have with each other. If every ‘white’ persons’ minority ancestry was outed we would have chaos in this country there are so many. Slavery wasn’t mostly on plantations, most of slavery happened in one house with one white family living “cheek by jowl” with one black slave family. The result of this produced many white plus children. White Supremacy would be in total confusion and destroyed if history were more accurate. The hold that the need to be better than has on all of us becomes clearer by the decade. The hypocrisy of racism and its ridiculousness is lost on most of us.

One great example of the ridiculousness comes from the life of Senator Strom Thurmond. A son of the south and one who viciously articulated hatred of blacks who should always know and stay in their place. His political career was founded on his racism. Senator Thurmond had a black daughter who he knew, educated, with whom he had a relationship, but everyone conspiratorially around him kept his secret. Thurmond was in the forefront of those Democrats who left the Democratic Party because they saw the possibility of taking control of and changing the Republican Party into a replica of the KKK and other such groups. And as we have seen from this current man who calls himself President of these United States, he was successful.

Our hypocrisy on race is the stuff of legend. So how does White Supremacy and racism remain? It stays put because of the inferiority and arrogance of whites – conservative and liberal – who need to have that feeling of being better than to feel normal.

How does that relate to Senator Warren, her Native American heritage and the societal reaction?

If we are going to maintain White Supremacy we must abide by the rules. A cardinal rule is that one follows the mythology – in this case that blacks and other minorities want to be white. To break that happens when a white person – one who is totally accepted as white – comes out talking about her Native American ancestors – that is the stuff which gets one stoned.

Senator Warren – you are white. Defined as being better than and as a young person just getting started in your career you came out putting “Indian American” on forms that need to be filled out with race on the form. Just look at what you are doing to this society. You have upended and disregarded and violated one of the basic rules that maintains White Supremacy. The mythology which is one of the pillars holding up White Supremacy is that Blacks and other minorities want to be white and here you are coming out to say I am White but I acknowledge and respect my Native American ancestors. Look around Senator Warren, even the Native American leaders can’t handle that. Why not? If basic change happens. If everyone starts coming out and acknowledging and respecting all parts of their heritage just look at what that will mean. Those leaders of minority groups, among others, will be out of work.

Hey, you put out your heritage let me put out mine, which includes Native Americans. But wait – that doesn’t do anything. For one minority to lay claim to their ancestors in another minority group – no sweat. That changes nothing and is barely noticed. Many of my African American friends acknowledge their Native American ancestors and no one notices. The problem comes when you – white female – comes out to dare to acknowledge and respect your Native American heritage, and lordy, to even talk about it in the highest places.

And to all of those claiming you do not belong to any Native American tribe and therefore can’t be Native American, that is mind blowing. Why? Because that is the way Native Americans are annihilated – eliminated – become obsolete . That is something we have been trying to do almost since the Pilgrims landed.

If you are mixed and live as white and the generations pass, your Native American heritage is lost and it is also lost to all of those Native American Tribes. Gradually Native Americans will become extinct as we become a more mixed society. Just think of what that means if only those who are members of a Native American Tribe can call themselves Native Americans. That is a form of genocide.

My great grandfather was Black Feet Indian. He worked for and received a Doctorate of Divinity from Philips University. He was an ordained Episcopal Priest who wound up in New Orleans where he was rector of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church; head of a school; and did a lot more. His story counts – his life was important – his ancestors deserve a place in history as who they were. He lived in an African American community and was considered African American. He was not a member of a Native American Tribe. If he and his life and his true identity are lost to history and he becomes submerged in other groups histories, Native Americans suffer as their history is degraded. That does not happen to the Irish, the French, the English or to any other group considered white. They accomplish and their progeny do not deny their ancestors because they were not citizens of Ireland or France or etc. It is tragic that we do not live in a time or in a country where your Native American heritage is not denied but celebrated.

We are watching, under Donald Trump, history repeating itself in another century with some changes, but basically the same annihilation of a group of people considered ‘minority’. The brown peoples attempting to come into the United States. Their children are being taken away from them at the gate. Native American children were taken from their parents and who knows what happened to most of them. A generation lost. That part of Native American history can only be reclaimed by those families which integrated and included Native Americans who were ripped from their families and thrown to the wind. That history will be an expansion of Native American history. For a more accurate history we need the stories from those mixed people who talk about their Native American ancestry and who tell the stories from their youth which have been passed down through the family. The Native American stories passed down through minority communities sort of remain. The Native American stories are totally discouraged from being passed down through white communities.

Your history and the history of your Native American ancestors is also a part of Native American history and should be talked about, included and accepted, especially by those Native American Tribes who are what -growing or shrinking?

Our society used to believe – if you had just 1% of minority “blood” you were a minority. That means, if you were mixed with any of the groups of the world that we call “races” and those ‘races’ were white you were considered “white” unless in the mix even as little as 1% was one of the minority ‘races”. Then you were considered a minority and then you, your history, your legacy, your life were thrown on the dump heap.

Some of us have begun to see otherwise. As blacks, latina’s, native americans, philippine’s and more begin to achieve greatness the conversation has turned. The conversation around the “black” golfer , who was number one and couldn’t be unseated, that public conversation went – he is not really black, he has these other ancestors and should not be called black. Isn’t his mother something else? How can he neglect and push aside her contribution to who he is. And she was not white, but enough to help turn the conversation. That gave us enough of a view to the future that we realized racism will continue, but it will be in us in other ways – which are beginning to be newly defined.

Minorities can be raised up into this group which espouses White Supremacy either overtly or covertly if their achievements are so great they question the negative stereotype by which we are raised. But, “whites” must give up, hide and not claim their minority ancestors. That is necessary because if it went in the other direction we would lose this great bonus of White Supremacy and many would have to live out their lives being equal to. What a death sentence to their ego.

So, Senator Warren, do you have the guts to continue respecting, honoring and raising up your Native American ancestors or are you going to be one who apologizes because you slipped and acknowledged the family history with which you were raised. Those Native American Tribesmen get it – or they should. They clearly understand that there are those outside registered tribe members who have Native American ancestors and can freely talk about them. Or do you need to be in lock step with the White Supremacist who are trying desperately to keep their ‘better than’ position by any means necessary?

And all of you Native American Tribes – you demonstrate for other things are you going along with what is happening to Elizabeth Warren? Are you going to stand up for those who acknowledge their Native American ancestors and heritage even if they are not a member of a particular tribe. Is that such a threat to you that you will jump on that White Supremacist band wagon and go along with the program? If you do, it will be to your extreme loss and to the loss of your progeny and to those who went before.

Thoughts on color!

Saturday, January 5th, 2019

by: Lani Stacks

I just read your blog and the racism and bigotry attempting to rejuvenate in this nation and become dominate and controlling again.  Being an older woman that still takes an interest and dresses fashionably I notice another corner of society that is a signal to other racists by which to identify each other.  It is not very obvious to many, yet I notice:  white clothing has come back into fashion for women.  It is fashionable to sport a white dress or suit for a little while now.

I have never had either.  White is a color I associate with the medical profession, which comes from the white cotton pants and represents a sterilized environment free of germs, usually black in color.  I wear black much, much more than white. I notice also that other than the court system of black robes for the judges and justices, black seems to be more frowned upon, except for black cars, which was the only color at the turn of the 1900s.  A large portion of black cars and SUVs in San Diego County are driven by affluent and wealthy white racists.  They live predominately in the wealthy areas of the county, as in the northern section of this large county.   When I see the drivers/owners in their white clothes and black mechanical horses, it is a sign to me that these are people that are nostalgic for the “good ol’ days of segregation and privilege for whites with money. It is a way for them to identify one another by the use of color by clothing and the color of their cars.  White cars are the highest percentage in Southern California.

My car is a 1997 Ford Taurus and is a deep dark green. Previous cars were blue, green and yellow.

1.  Trump is clear about that this immigration thing is about racism.  Isn’t his wife an illegal alien?  Didn’t she come into this country and worked without the proper papers?  Isn’t he married to two immigrants?  The difference being they are considered “white”?

2.  Trump has discovered something even Hitler didn’t try.  Control the United States by using children.  This is his first attempt.  When is he coming for your children when he needs that kind of leverage to get what he wants.  His association and friendship with the dictators of the world who oppress their own people is beginning to show.  These may be children from “brown and black” countries today, but tomorrow?

3.  What is Trump using the children to hide?  His establishing another arm of the military?  We will have the army, navy, air force and Trump’s own personal section of the armed forces beholden to Trump, loyal to Trump, doing what Trump tells it to do.  Take  heed America this is going to get very, very ugly and very, very soon.

Thank you for the forum.

  1.  I note how the dregs of society are coming together to take control.  Casino operator Trump and his friend casino operator Wynn have been having a grand time with the power acquired from Trump becoming president.  The power of Las Vegas was behind Trump.  Wynn was not just a small time hood, the is the one who very powerful in the creation of Las Vegas becoming what it is today.  His sexual appetite seems to be parallel to Trump’s.  And this is who you want as president with all of his friends.  Russia made a good choice in seeing Trump as someone who could destroy everything good about these United States.  We have had many break-outs which were really awful.  It is time for that to stop and U. S. Citizens to get real and lean more on the side of goodness instead of on the side of greed.

2. Isn’t it amazing how our parents had some wisdom.  Mine used to caution me many times growing up “birds of a feather”.  And now we are beginning to see some of those wrecking havoc in these United States.  Bad enough Wynn’s work was to develop Las Vegas.  Too bad he could not have used his God-given talents to a more perfect end.  Just think what he could have accomplished.  Something great – long lived – and beneficial to humanity.  Instead he has helped keep us mired in sin, ugliness, greed and the degradation of our fellow humans.  SAD!!!!

3. Loved your analysis.  It is one of the more sane pieces I have read as an explanation to what is happening.  It won’t garner media headlines because it is not reporting the filth we are experiencing.  I have never felt so unclean as I do realizing my United States citizens, people I talk to every day are the one who elected filth to the presidency.  And he has extricated from the armed forces the worst kind of filth.  So many fantastic generals and people who have sacrificed much for this country.  Who does he pick and elevate – John Kelly?  Yuk. Who else does he have within his administration in terms of four star generals and more who are on Kelly’s level?

4.  WOW! I could have written that article.  Keep it up, we need such analysis.  Maybe it will change our voting system.  We are responsible for who we put in office.  We need to carefully think through those running for office and get to know who they are and what they really stand for and maybe we will separate the good from the bad.  Get out and really do a bit of research on anyone running for office.  Their histories, what they believe, how they have lived their lives and more is out there – we need to find it, share it and stop trying to lie and promote someone because we see something in it for us instead of something in it for all of humanity in a good way, not in a way to promote the ugly.  And, we really do have ugly at the top in Washington – President, Vice President and many in Congress.  People rated Paul Ryan because of his being Mitt Romney’s pick for Vice President.  That should not have happened.  Look at Ryan for himself and he looks more like someone infected with greed and more only better able to put a smooth cover over it than most – but if you look close you will see the raggedy edges showing.

5.  Wish you posted more often.  Turn this into a newsletter or a newspaper or a media center.  Your voice needs to be heard by many more people.  Maybe it can help bring about change.

6.  Who are you people!  I used your services once and now I am in the middle of an incredible “community”.  Love it, but I didn’t know you even  existed before a friend paid for my stay at one of Bettina’s Hedge Schools.  You must be the best kept secret around.  Not even a small newspaper article which is not an advertisement.  You must be quite a threat.  You need more exposure.  I’ve done a little research on your company and it really needs to expand greatly.  Don’t know of another company anyplace doing what you are doing.  This is how corporations need to be in this world.  Bet you are always mired in one blockade after another.  Kick them out of the way and move on.

A Member of Bettina Network’s Lifestyle Community Writes…..

Friday, January 19th, 2018

So much and so awful.  Your last blog was brilliant.  I know how you prefer to just do and have those acts ignored so you maintain your privacy, but I can’t help but say – kudos.  That breaking down and paralleling as to why Trump is so anti-immigrant was a master stroke.

Moving on – some things need to be added.  Trump has moved casinos out of their past category into one which he has been trying to parallel.  Top hotels and luxury condominiums and co-ops with that mafia tinge – slightly legal, slightly illegal.  Imagine the Waldorf Astoria as a Trump casino.  There you have the image towards which, I think, Trump has been striving to attain for his Oligarch friends. Trump Towers seem to be the same kind of complex his grandfather, newly immigrated to these United States, developed.  A hotel – luxury condo – gambling casino – grandfather’s rumored brothel model  within its apartments and probably other variations included, like the kind of place being used for and known as safe for money laundering.  Why safe?  It belongs to the president of the United States of America.

It has taken time for the regular press to publicize the “Drumpf Model” but it is beginning to take over the reporting and the news.  With that so public and with Trump still in tight with his base, other Oligarch’s can now safely include the United States in their plans for expansion.

Rumors have circulated for some time now that Trump is mafia connected.  We have all wondered why the NRA was so powerful given its base in these United States was not such powerful, moneyed people – well now we know as the Russian mafia connection is being rolled out and the people we least like – i.e. the Sheriff in Arizona and others all running for election or re-election – are pictured as a part of the U.S.  NRA visiting Russia and the money connections.  We have been played and that is a continuing theme.  Trump is running a reality show and we are tuned in almost 24/7.

Problem with that reality show – most Americans are law abiding, know and can see character flaws and turn away from those who would break the laws of this country, even though we may have been taken in by them for a moment.  We just can’t believe that our country would have been taken over by Russian mafia, but there it is rolling out for all to see.

May God bless you always!  Keep writing and keep putting out in this blog the writings of other members of the Bettina Network Lifestyle Community.  You give us cover and for that I am much appreciative.  Hopefully, the day will come soon when our fear abates and we won’t need the cover – we will come out into the open to say and do what good people all over this world say and do!

A Response to “Trump and Kelly: Resign”

Monday, October 23rd, 2017

Thank you for that post.  It was quite a history lesson for me.  I know some things about this USA, but my education is not nearly complete about racism and all the rest that happened here and I was born here.  My friends who moved here from other countries know more than I do about my country’s history.

I think all of this upheaval about the black special forces person who was killed was merely to cover up and distract from what I expect will be unveiled at some time in the future.  This allows Trump and his friends time to get something together to cover-up their misdeeds.  I think these four young men died because of some shenanigans Trump was ordering the military to do that he should not have and it all went wrong.

I think he is also trying to bring about a massive war in North Korea.  Once that war starts you will know that the investigation led by Mueller has reached its conclusion and the results are very awful about Donald Trump and his friends.  A major distraction will be needed and I think Trump will bring about that war to distract and to try to remain as president in spite of the investigations’ findings.

It was especially clear, during all of the dust-up, that it was about the black person among the four people killed.  There was almost no mention of the three whites.  I also wonder what happened that Johnson was found so far away from his compatriots.  Did he know something he was about to communicate to his Congresswoman?  Once upon a time I would not have suggested anything like that, but having watched Trump over this past year with his conspiracies and racial hatred against Obama and others I have to say it does not seem far fetched.

The first question I heard asked about this was about the entire incident in Niger.  Trump answered by turning that question about war specifics into a question he answered that was not asked about his personally calling and writing the families of those who were killed.

The lies about, even the distraction are enormous.  As Trump representatives appeared on the television shows they talked about all kinds of things that were not true – I wonder if they checked first or just took the script provided to them and went with it.  Do they expect and will they receive awards or did they lie just for the experience of their 15 minutes of fame.  One claimed the Congresswoman should not have run to the press with her claims – in fact, the press was waiting for her when the limousine in which she was riding pulled up to claim the body of Johnson.  There were many more which I am sure you’ve heard.

Keep up the good work, I will be reading.  Maybe I will even send a blog – this certainly expands the mind.

Health Care and more!

Monday, September 25th, 2017

Thanks for your blog on health care.

I noticed something else.  And, I might add, I agree with you and have seen many examples of people losing everything trying to maintain good health in their family.

I also noticed that homelessness seemed to begin and increase with the correspondent increase in our crop of billionaires.  We didn’t have more than one or two billionaires in these United States.  Today we have many and we didn’t have many homeless people either.  Today we have many.  And – I do truly understand economics.  Many say we owe homelessness to the increase in the industrialization which has moved along to the tech era.  And isn’t it the tech era that has increased, almost exponentially the number of billionaires?

Please add more articles on estate sales?  Shopping the sales – tips on how to do that – anything from your experience managing estate sales and antique auctions.

Thank you!

From a Bettina Oracle Reader

Tuesday, September 12th, 2017

Thank you for that analysis on Trump’s Presidency.

I have long thought that the American Public is being robbed of great treasures because our tax money has to be spent controlling a greedy, fascist and out of control corporate boardrooms.

If there were ethics in our business schools and ethics demanded of our business management people and our business leaders we would be way ahead and this country would be stellar amongst its peers.

When you add up the tax dollars spent on all the regulatory bodies we have to support it is obscene.

Trump wants to get rid of regulation, but he wants to get rid of it so the business/corporate people can have a broad avenue down which they can run with their greed and rob our citizens of everything they have ever had and ever will have.

Banks charging almost 30% interest on credit cards whether your credit is stellar or not, but just because after a period of time they have decreed that is what will happen is pure unadulterated greed.

Corporations ruining the environment is because of greed.

Discharging chemicals into our water supply – hiring the least qualified white male before the most qualified minority has been our history and when we put blockers to that in place the rhetoric became opposite to the reality.

Building luxury apartments using money of the least of our citizens and not allowing them to live in those apartments – and creating a “poor” door for them to enter when the ‘government’ decrees builders will have to put aside a percentage for those who can’t afford the obscene rents being charged, well what can be said about that.

The profits being made from those buildings is also beyond obscene and should be classified as criminal.

Using prisons to establish the new slavery in these United States and maintaining statues and memorials to honor the losers of the war waged to abolish slavery with those statues being paid for with tax payers money just to put and keep fear in the hearts of the least of these whose ancestors experienced the horror that the statues seeks to memorialize so they will be forever bound is to worship god – the small “g” god about which you write.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for having the courage to be a for profit business outlining to us the reality of what you see and we all experience.  I will certainly patronize your business and I hope others will also.  I realize some will not, but hopefully there are enough of us who know the truth of what you are saying to keep you going.

I was a customer of Bettina Network and I benefitted from the vast knowledge you folks have.  I was able to side step a disaster because you were next to me.  Those trying to take my small accumulated fortune were confounded.  Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Walnut Oil on Wood Floors

Wednesday, February 22nd, 2017

I have just finished following your instructions and redoing my wood floors.

I am exhausted.  It was an incredible job, but worth every minute because the floors are beautiful.

Having used the OOOO Steel Wool and Spectrum Walnut Oil – tried for the best, no cheap oil on my floors –  and even taking the most expensive oil route it cost less than what I spent on these floors the last time I cleaned and waxed them.

I went over the floor with a damp rag to get off the top dust.  Then, I used the OOOO steel wool, pouring walnut oil on the floor and rubbing it in with the steel wool until all of the dirt and everything else was up.  I then wiped that up with old towels (which I threw away when finished, although my neighbor is trying the same thing and she washed her old towels after using them).  I then poured more Walnut Oil on the floor and wiped it up with a clean towel – and let the floor dry.

My neighbor tried to cut corners and didn’t do this last pouring on of oil and wiping it up with a clean towel so she had a bit of a mess on her hands, because her floor dried sticky and kind of gooey so she had to start over again.  I think that probably had to do with the steel particles from the steel wool still on the floor.

I did not put the furniture and rugs back, but let the floor sit overnight.  The next day, my floor was sort of dry, but still with parts looking wet from the oil so I had to re-wipe the floor with a clean towel.   I did not use more oil, the floor just looked a bit wet and in need of something, so another wiping with a dry, clean towel to help the oil either come up or soak into the floor – and 2 days later the floor is fabulous.  The down side was having to wait two days for the floor to dry – meaning, I could only do one room at a time.  That was fine because the smell from the oil and essential oil of gardenias will be in the house forever as I go from room to room cleaning my floors.  I am exhausted so I won’t try another room for a month or two anyway.

I should note here that my neighbor did it your way by doing a small area of the room at a time.  Which means, when she messed up with the oil and it was sticky she didn’t have her entire room to redo.  She moved the furniture and rugs from only a part of the room and moved the rest of the furniture over while the floor dried.  She was also not exhausted when she finished.  It was just part of her general cleaning – which she does without fail from 10-12 daily five days a week.  I wait for the woman who cleans for me to do all of that work – but she drew the line at kneeling on the floor to do this oiling.

My neighbor is continuing a small part of a room at a time using the same walnut oil to clean and oil her furniture in that part of the room.  I don’t have the methodology and discipline to do that.  I want it all done at once.  But then her house is a lot cleaner than mine.  Don’t know how she does it, but her house is immaculate anytime of the day or night you go over there.  Mine – not so much.  I have to clean before visitors come.  Maybe one day.  And with this new way of cleaning and oiling the floors – I suspect that kind of discipline will come because my biggie was not wanting to touch or be around the normal kind of cleaning stuff that has to be bad for your health.  I was sure they made my family sick with respiratory ailments.  Could be wrong, but the mind works in strange ways.  Even being exhausted after I finished the floor in one room, I was not ‘I’ll never so this again kind of exhausted.’  The smell and feel of the entire house changed with just this one room having its floor oiled and it was exhilarating.

My question – how to I keep these floor looking good?  They look great now, but things do get dusty and dirty over time.  I can’t go through this effort many times a year.  What do you suggest?

Your original suggestion was that this happen once a year.  What do I do in the meantime?

Thanks,

By the way – I love the smell of gardenia’s so I bought essential oil of gardenia and poured a bit into the Walnut Oil bottle when I opened it and my house smells unbelievable.  You were right about the benefit of adding essential oil to the Walnut Oil.  What I especially liked was that even though it took a lot of effort crawling around on hands and knees to do this cleaning because I couldn’t think of any other way to use the OOOO steel wool and even though it took all of the wiping up and around with old towels, the smell and off gases of what I normally used on my floors is not present.  That alone was worth the effort.  I can breathe!

I didn’t look into what was in the cleaners and waxes I used on my floors and couldn’t believe I have been using something with a kerosene base.  Looking around at the stores, most of the products sold – in the cleaning and waxing line are all mostly kerosene based.  This is what I have been exposing my family to all these years.  I knew the smell was foul – I just got used to it and waited for the smells to dissipate.  Now, I don’t want these smells to dissipate, I want to enjoy the gardenia and walnut smell as long as possible.

What I really love is the way my hands looked and felt after I finished.  I didn’t have to wear rubber gloves because Walnut Oil is good for the skin.  I hadn’t thought of that as a side benefit, but I love it.

Another BTW – the woman who cleans for me has been converted.  Her mother spent her adult life cleaning for others and is now in a wheel chair.  They blame the products her mother used and she, unbeknownst to me, was looking around for something else.  After watching me and standing in the room with its new feel and smell, she decided it was better to clean the floor on hands and knees than to use what we had been using – so she has taken over the floor cleaning and oiling job – and thank goodness.  Not having to wear rubber gloves and seeing my wrinkled hands smooth out after this bit of hard work instead of drying out and feeling awful even with the rubber gloves, convinced her.

Anxiously awaiting your response!

Care for Wood Floors

Tuesday, January 10th, 2017

I read a Bettina Blog quite some time ago which talked about caring for wood floors without using the petroleum derivative products and others, which are harmful to humans.  I don’t remember its title, but it made a lot of sense to me and I used its suggestions and have added a few of my own.

The one I found sensational is caring for wood floors with coconut oil – organic, expeller pressed, coconut oil and nothing else – except a soft rag and 0000 steel wood if the floor is really dirty with stuff crusted into the wood.

The first time I cleaned my floor with coconut oil I had to use the 0000 steel wool and it took a long time because I could only do a section at a time.  My energy didn’t last for the entire floor, but that worked in my favor because I could move furniture over in a small section of the room – go over the floor, pouring a bit of coconut oil onto the floor and wiping back and forth with the 0000 steel wool.  I then went over it again with a soft rag pouring the coconut oil sparingly onto the rag to wipe up the remains of the steel wool, dirt and whatever else this process got off the floor.

I let the floor dry for a day or two and then wiped it with a soft dry rag.  There was a soft film over the floor and the dry, soft rag wiped it off quickly leaving the floor unbelievably beautiful.  It looked like the real mahogany wood I loved so much when it was first installed.  It did not have that look of a plastic covering, only being able to see the real wood through that thick coating – it had the look of well taken care of mahogany wood.

That was a couple years ago.  I first tried olive oil on the floors, but after a couple cleanings, that left a sticky surface.  And I tried a few other oils, but the one I am sticking with is coconut oil.  I put the glass jar of coconut oil on top of the stove before cleaning so it will be liquid.  I now clean my floors once a year with the coconut oil and after only about three years, the floors are now easy to clean – I rarely need the 0000 steel wool anymore and each time I clean the floors with the coconut oil, the floors look better than they did the time before.

What a fantastic and simple way to keep your house clean.

A bonus comes from the really nice odor the coconut oil leaves.  No one can put their hands on exactly what is the smell, but people now notice and comment when they come in the house.

I now put a bit of essential oil of lavender in the coconut oil before using it and that has enhanced the really great feeling of the house – and its odor.

A friend of mine has taken up the habit after she saw my floors.  She puts essential oil of roses – which she calls rose otto – in her coconut oil and her house smells great.  That is her preference – wouldn’t be mine, but I still enjoy the odor when I go to visit.

Thanks for that!

Keep those suggestions for this organic kind of house keeping coming.  I feel as though I have added a few years onto my life and the lives of my family.  No off-gases from those other kind of cleaning ingredients, which I think are dangerous to your health.

We Heard Your Call to Investigate and Write!

Sunday, January 8th, 2017

To the editor:

Thank you for that blog.  We – me and a small group of friends – heard your call to investigate and put together the pieces we have and write about what is happening.  We are going to do exactly that and hope others will follow suit.

We have a little information, but need to expand on it so we are going to contact who we need to contact and you will soon hear from us.  I am writing this because I hope others do the same.

Some of us can put our names out there.  Others, who are still dependent upon their jobs, can’t.  Can we still send you a blog and you will publish it anonymously?

Answer:

Yes! We will publish it anonymously, as long as we know who you are and we know you are a real person. You have to identify yourself to us, but we will keep your identity close.  It does not have to be sent with your blog, but you will have to then call, write, or somehow contact us to let us know who you are and your identity has to check out.

Thank you for caring.  If we all come together on this, maybe we can save a little bit of the country we know and love from what is about to happen here.

The Number of People

who read Bettina Network’s Blog

in November, 2016

was 37,456.

Starting this month you are able to sign up to have Bettina Network’s Blog delivered to your email box whenever a new Blog is posted.

Up until now. you had to go to the Blog to read the newest one and you didn’t always know when a new blog was posted.

Just sign up using the green form which comes up on the page about 9 seconds after you start reading.  When the page becomes green, that is your sign to join a truly great group of people who are reading what Bettina Network’s Lifestyle Community has to say.

If you are a member of that community you are able to have your blogs posted.  Just send what you want to say to bettinanetwork@comcast.net and we will post your blog – maybe editing a bit, if that is necessary – and maybe having a bit of conversation with you before posting. if that is necessary.  You can send pictures, drawings, whatever, to include with your blog.

The topic is up to you.  ACADEMIC PAPERS – because we have a very large academic readership; FUN QUOTES; with the advent of Donald Trump the interest in politics has zoomed up so feel free to send us POLITICAL ARTICLES, COMMENTS< and you can even tell us how to vote – not that we will take your advice, but its worth a try.

While we are using the blog structure, this is really becoming a newsletter and on its way to becoming a newspaper – written by people in the community who want what they have to say circulated to others.  If you have a response to anything, please feel free to send that via email.  We do not have the comments section of the blog open to anyone who want to comment so you will have to email your response as an article.  This is a CURATED BLOG.

COMMENTARY on whatever; RECIPE’s for your favorite foods; “MEMU’s you have experienced which sent you to heaven; CONSPIRACY THEORIES; ART – CRAFTS – MUSIC Videos that you have created; In other words – no end to the possibilities.

And we hope the end result is of interest to all of our readers.

Comments – Trump: An Analysis

Tuesday, November 15th, 2016

I could not wait to read your analysis on Trump.  I know about your “seer” and she is great.  Too bad you couldn’t get her to write what she has seen about all of this.  Breakfast at that house is magnificent.  I leave feeling as though I know myself better than ever and have a little insight into the future.

As I read your “Trump: An Analysis” and have read other postings around the internet.  I have not been able to get out of my chair and  because I am LMAO.  The comment that keeps coming up about Trump’s Personal  Asset Accumulation as he goes through his presidency includes the U. S. Treasury is priceless.  At first it was funny until I realized he had appointed his children as managers of his assets in a blind trust and then asked for them to be given this top secret clearance so they could be a part of his briefings each morning.  I am still LMAO.  It is so ludicrous that I don’t know any comedian who can top what is actually happening in these United States.  Is this serious?  Maybe I am  watching the latest SNL and don’t realize that this is all one bad joke – a funny one, but bad nevertheless!  If so, SNL has never been so funny!

I can’t imagine what comes next.

Just to make sure I get all of your analysis – assuming you are going to put more into your blog – I signed up to receive it in my email. Please check to make sure my sign-up is there because I don’t want to miss anything.  I could write more because I have more to say, but I can’t stop laughing.

We may even be open to publishing a few blogs from those who have gone, but have things to say about their afterlife or may have something to say to those they left behind – who knows what will pop up in Bettina Network’s Blog.

A green box will pop-up and all you have to do is fill it in and you will be subscribed to Bettina Network Blog.

We have to give kudos where they belong.  We use BOXZILLA to produce those boxes which allow you to subscribe to our Bettina Network Subscriber List.  The support they gave us as we tried to do a simple thing was amazing.  We are not accustomed to companies on the internet giving service.  Selling you something – fine!  But not many have follow through where you can call or email for help and get first class help and immediate response.  They go all out to make sure you like and can use their product.

Love the “Kiss the Ring” – Don (ald) Trump

Sunday, May 8th, 2016

Loved that blog!.  More!  Especially loved the “Kiss the Ring”.  We now have a new appellation for Trump – the “Don”.

Bow down and kiss “The Don’s” ring.  Where do you get this stuff?

I notice your numbers are now over 1,000 daily.  I guess you have quite a following.

That blog confused a few of my friends who I forwarded your blog to.  Knowing you guys I got it right away, but the confusion must have thrown the Trump folks into a ‘kingly’ state.

A Response to “Dogs = Emotional Slavery”

Sunday, November 8th, 2015

Thank you for your blog on dogs.  I didn’t think anyone would have the guts to say what many of us are thinking and afraid to say because all around us are people who are so totally into their dogs it is pathetic, while the rest of the world just shakes its head in disbelief.

My pet peeve is the filth that dogs bring.  We are afraid of rats and talk about the diseases they bring.  It takes over 500 rats to make the kind of ‘shit’ that dogs make with one bowel movement and the smell is awful.  Does the real difference in the way we think about these mammals comes from the fact that we control dogs, but can’t control rats?  It is clearly not cleanliness or the spread of disease.  Dogs are, hands down, able to spread disease much faster and more lethally than can rats.

I’ve also noticed how dogs walk all over the place and when they get home they walk into the house bringing whatever is on their feet and the first thing they do is to shake themselves to get rid of all the ‘stuff’ their hair has collected during their walk.  Dogs themselves aren’t so filthy, they know what to do to keep themselves clean, it is their interaction with owners who either don’t know or don’t care about the negative reaction of their dogs with the rest of society.  What comes off when they shake is amazing.  Check it out and see if some of your diseases haven’t come from your home collecting all of this stuff.

I am so tired to taking other people’s dog shit out of my garden that I would like to outlaw dogs in my neighborhood.

What is most amazing to me is the fact that dog owners take their dogs for a ‘walk’ twice a day – at least.  Actually, they are taking their dogs to the bathroom to pee and shit in another area – at least several blocks away from their own homes and gardens because they don’t want that mess, germs, bacteria and smell close to them.

I’ve seen dog owners take their dogs to other peoples gardens and hold the dogs to pee on the flowers and recent plantings that others have paid for and are taking care of to beautify their homes and neighborhoods. Why do the dog owners do this?  So they don’t have to pick up the filthy shit.  I’ve seen people walking their dogs with bags in their hands to pick up the dog excrement.  Do they use the bags?  Many don’t.  It is mostly for show.  If the dogs have a bowel movement in your garden, the owners can walk away from it and leave it there.  The same thing with the small garden areas around trees, especially if there are plantings around the trees which cover the dogs shit so it isn’t found until they have moved away from what they have turned from a lovely garden into a dog toilet which does not flush.

It is time for this to stop.

I love dogs – but the dog owners are making life impossible.  I read your blog when I had just come in from picking up dog shit off my lawn.

How do we get this to stop?  It is time to stop romanticizing dogs and look at the reality of their lives amongst us.  Particularly,  their owners need to be trained and to understand this is not playtime or snuggle time, but reality time.  The reality here is its not the dogs who are the problem, but their owners.

Thanks for the Sandra Bland blog

Monday, July 27th, 2015

It is amazing how little there is about Sandra Bland in the major media outlets.  What is there that I have heard talks about her committing suicide and whatever else negative could be found.

I am sending this list, which I got from the FMF (Feminist Movement Foundation) newsletter.  I think Sandra Bland needs to be put into context.  She is not alone there are others.  That gives a very different picture.

“Less than 24 hours after Bland’s death, 18-year old Kindra Chapman was found dead in a Homewood City, Alabama jail cell one hour after being arrested for allegedly stealing a cell phone. Chapman’s death, also called a suicide by authorities, has spurred the hashtag #IfIDieInPoliceCustody. Two months ago, activists gathered in California to demand justice for Tanisha Anderson, Rekia Boyd, Miriam Carey, Michelle Cusseux, Shelly Frey, Kayla Moore, and Alberta Spruill, all Black women killed at the hands of police violence. Just weeks after this protest, 15-year-old Dajerria Becton was violently attacked by a police officer in McKinney, Texas at a neighborhood pool party.”

Now what do you think of this Sandra Bland incident.  Can you really go back to business as usual with all of this going on?

Response to “Strange Fruit” – Sandra Bland

Saturday, July 25th, 2015

Wow, Cookie!  Every time I look away from your blog you have taken it to a new height.  What a prophetic voice.  Who knew!

Thank you for this blog.  It says everything I wanted to say in ways I hadn’t even thought about.  The parallel to Billie Holiday singing “Strange Fruit” is awesome.

I don’t think this stuff will ever stop.  There are more African Americans being lynched today than in the 1920′ and 1930’s and none of us knows how to stop it.  The majority society has given this their blessing, it seems.  Their day is coming and it isn’t going to be pleasant.

Keep writing.  I will keep reading.
